Mom's Kitchen Hartford

Very tasty food; lots of flavor...southern style cole slaw is yummy, as well as grilled catfish with seasoning.

This is the place to go. Everyone was here. The regulars after church and those of us passing through from vacation. Did we order too much food? Yes. Was it all so good? Yes. Do I regret not getting dessert. Yes. Stop through. You can thank me later.

There was not a parking spot available when we pulled in, but because service moves quickly, we didn't have to wait long to find one. There is parking on grass area. Because I had never been here, I asked how long the wait time was, and I was surprised she said 15 minutes. Everyone was so friendly, and smiling. You can tell everyone loves to work there, and are close "family-like." Food was amazing, and they have GREAT coffee which is a bonus. Our waitress was superb. Fast service, great portion of food. Even the locals who probably come to eat here a lot were friendly. I will definitely make this a must go back place to eat at often!

A delightful find in Hartford, Alabama! This restaurant has a charming old-fashioned vibe, both inside and out. The service was top-notch--Carmen was exceptionally friendly, and my order arrived in just 10-15 minutes. I opted for the grilled chicken breast on a bun, accompanied by coleslaw and sweet potato casserole. The chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the bun was warm and soft. The standout for me was the sweet potato casserole, which I tried for the first time; it was served warm and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

The food is high quality and the portions are huge for the price you pay. The staff are super nice and very helpful. Wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're home having a meal.

I always enjoy a visit to Mom's Kitchen. Their Fried Pork Chops are the very best I have even tasted and enjoyed. As we visit the condo in Panama City Beach, we always stop in on the way in and on the way out to enjoy another Mom's Kitchen meal. The staff is always welcoming, and quick to serve our favorites. We'll be back frequently, and we always recommend to our friends.

I'm not in the area often but if you're in the Hartford and hungry Moms is where you want to eat. Open from 6am until 9pm so breakfast lunch and dinner is on the menu. Plus I always meet a new more interesting person every time I eat here.
